The Café Terrace and its Goddesses Reveals Episode 18 Preview

Preview images and a trailer have been released for The Café Terrace and its Goddesses episode 18. Titled “The End of a Scary Dream”, the episode will revolve around Café Terrace’s lovable idiot (Ami) as she confronts and comes to terms with her grandmother’s Alzheimer’s. Episode 18 debuts at 11:15 a.m.

Serialized in Kodansha’s Weekly Shonen since 2021, Koji Seo’s The Café Terrace and its Goddesses has an impressive 17 compilation volumes so far. Tezuka Productions has animated both seasons of the anime and the second season’s directorial duties fall on Satoshi Kuwabara. Additional staff roles include Satoshi Motoyama as the sound director, Mayumi Morita and Keiichirou Oochi on the script, with Mr. Oochi also in charge of the series composition.

One of the summer’s funniest ecchi shows, The Café Terrace and its Goddesses follows Hayato Kasukabe, a studious young man who was raised by his grandmother after a traffic accident left him orphaned. With good looks and intelligence to match, he gets accepted to the prestigious Tokyo University. But before he can attend, his grandmother passes.

When he heads back home to attend to her estate and sell her failing café to a developer, he’s shocked to find 5 drop-dead gorgeous women living in his childhood home and tending to the café. As he gets closer to them and the power of friendship prevails, they convince him not to sell his grandmother’s business and instead keep it alive to honor her memory.
